Screen Printing
All screen-printing is done in-house on our 4 colour inline or one colour presses. We use both UV and conventional inks, which allow for maximum versatility in the substrates that we use. We can print on fabric, wood and metal in addition to all the usual plastic and paper based substrates.
On average, the lead-time from receipt of artwork to the final packaging and shipping of all kitted elements is approximately one week. |

Digital Printing
All digital printing is done in house. We use environmentally friendly inks with very high quality results. We can print on rigid or flexible stocks (styrene, card, PVC, komatex, wood, metal, fabric, vinyl for indoor or outdoor use, PSA vinyl). |

Litho
Litho print is outsourced to allianced partners however NS Studios retains control of the job by preparing and pre-flighting all artwork, to ensure that the final project is exactly as specified. Press proofs are done routinely to ensure product quality and consistency. |
